With the role of clinical research managers (CRM) rapidly expanding, the specialty takes a trans-disciplinary approach in providing an education strong in commercial and fiscal practices of conducting clinical research, ethical and regulatory aspects of research, and overall management of clinical drug, biological, and medical device trials.

This program is unique in that it integrates principles of innovation and entrepreneurship for adoption into clinical research. The clinical research field is particularly suited for nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Healthcare professionals from fields outside of nursing may complete the curriculum to obtain the MS in CRM, with completion of stated prerequisites. The program is designed to be flexible and conducive to the adult learner; part-time study is available. A six semester-hour capstone clinical research project is required.

The Master of Science in Engineering with a concentration in Software Engineering program blends engineering, computing, project leadership and software construction. Students engineer software solutions in application areas such as Web applications, mobile systems, embedded systems, or graphics and game development. Students will learn to apply engineering principles to software development, including design methodologies, operation principles and maintenance and testing approaches.

The online Bachelor of Arts in Spanish degree program is a student-centered program that is individually tailored based on your ability to test out of lower-and upper-division language courses. Prior to starting the degree program, you will be required to take a language placement test, which will determine a suggested course level.

Throughout your degree program, you will also gain an advanced understanding of the cultural context of Spanish, Latin American and Mexican American traditions through the analysis of texts, mass media and important social debates throughout the Spanish-speaking world.
